For those with a housingvoucher, we can sometimes relax the income and credit score requirements depending on your situation. Free online applications are accepted in order to get pre-approved. We do not charge an application fee. After pre-approval we will only require a $39 fee for a background and credit check in order to finalize the approval and move forward. Please note that the monthly rent and deposit may be negotiable depending on your situation. If you have a housingvoucher, after approval, the deposit is due in order to take the home off the market and complete and submit the RFTA paperwork to GA DCA. We understand that paying the full deposit may be a challenge. Many times, we can set up a payment plan to help.
