We have a 1 Bdrm/1 full bath 800 square foot cottage/tiny home next to our house in Hartwell. Completely furnished Air Bnb style. Just bring your clothes! Everything is brand new, has a full kitchen, washer dryer and screened in porch. Completely private. Very safe area. A little gem that we have built for my Mom- but she’s not ready to move yet! We are looking to do a short term lease on it. 1-6 months with a possibility of a month to month extension. We had a great tenant from Oct-Dec and are looking for another one! We are going to be extremely careful/ picky because it is an extension right next to our house, but completely private for the tenant. Perfect place for a single person. No kids, no pets, and absolutely no smoking, vaping or drugs. Super safe area on Ridge Road. Here are some pictures- it is $1500 a month, but it is completely furnished and that includes electric, water, WiFi and lawn care.
