It features large windows, a closet, ceiling fan and hardwood flooring. The shared bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, stylish coffee table, armoire and electric piano. The recently renovated kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, quartz kitchen island with leather stools and a compact washer/dryer set. The backyard features a spacious deck with plenty of shade as well as a firepit. Shared with one working film industry professional primarily using just the office during the mornings and early afternoons. At night I sleep elsewhere. Six months out of the year I live abroad, so you will have the house to yourself the majority of the time. I rarely cook at the house, but roughly three times a year I host cookouts with invited guests from the film industry.
