Gross monthly income of all applicants must be equal to at least 3x the monthly rent for the desired unit. Rental History No negative rental history or unpaid balance on a previous rental. No eviction filings within the past 3 years for any applicant. Criminal History No registered sex offenders. Each applicant is subject to a criminal background check. No Section 8
