The Guest House is conveniently located right off 411 Highway on Chateau Drive. Here at The Guest House, we offer 1 & 2 bedroom furnished and unfurnished apartments. Our community has a gated entrance, plus we have a property monitor who drives through at different times of the afternoon and weekends. We provide 24 hour maintenance service, centrally located mailboxes and provide a trash receptacle on-site for our residents. For your convenience, our leasing office is located on-site and residents will be provided with an emergency number to reach the leasing manager. Your apartment will feature a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and ceiling fans. We also provide a stackable washer/dryer in the one bedrooms and regular washer/dryer in the two bedrooms.
