We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a one-time pet fee of $400 (non-refundable) per pet. Pet rent is $20 per month. There is no weight limit, and aggressive breeds are prohibited. Aggressive breeds include Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Wolf-Hybrid, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf, and German Shepherd.
