Inside, you'll find an open concept layout with a cozy living room featuring a queen-size sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a large SmartTV. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to settle in and feel at home, and there's a dining space with seating for 4. The home includes two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with two full-sized beds. A full bathroom with a shower completes the interior. Outside, guests can enjoy a small side yard, perfect for children or pets. For dock access, walk across the street to a parking lot with a sign between the condos and the orange duplex. By the water, a metal gate leads to a long double-decker dock. A community game area offers seating, a grill, and games like volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
