Cons I’m still renovating the outside/backyard: I won’t be making a lot of noisy at early hours and it’s mostly just cleaning out the garage and landscaping but there’s still some outside work that needs to be done over the next few months. It’s a great and upcoming neighborhood and I’m in the middle of remodeling the backyard which isn’t much to look at at the moment but it’s next on my list (after renovating the apartment) so within the next few months I’ll be making the backyard and seperated two car garage landscaped and much more hospitable. By spring they’ll be a garden and spots for cars in the garage. I’m trying to find someone who walks lightly and doesn’t make an unnecessary amount of noise. Parties to a minimum, please. Cats are allowed if they are indoor cats. The apartment is available in December. But if you really want it you can give the deposit and we can prorate the rent/depending on when you move in.
