The dining and kitchen area is perfect for families who love to gather together. The fully appointed cozy kitchen with an eat-in area for four overlooks the pond, while the dining room with seating for six opens out to the expansive back deck. The cottage includes two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor, with a tastefully decorated queen-size bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. An attached one-car garage with laundry facilities is available for guests. The open concept living room and dining room provide seating for six, and the kitchen with an eat-in dining area accommodates four. Guests can enjoy full access to the deck and pond, with a small gate for kids and pets. The backyard features a very small fenced area, perfect for kids or pets to enjoy the outdoors. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. A non-refundable pet fee is required for all pets. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Guests will access the home up a flight of steps onto the front porch and through the front door, with a digital keypad lock. Access information will be provided by email and text twenty-four hours prior to arrival. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility.
