This lower B unit condo features an updated, fully stocked kitchen, an inviting living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a laundry room, perfect for families and friends. Enjoy the pool and spacious deck for relaxation and fun. The historic district of downtown Savannah is just a quick 10-minute drive away. Step inside and be greeted by the seamless open floor plan, encompassing the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops, ensuring that you have everything you need for a delightful culinary experience. The spacious eat-in dining room features a large table with benches on both sides and chairs on each end, comfortably seating six to eight guests. The living room offers ample seating options, including queen-size sleeper sofas, perfect for relaxation. Unwind and enjoy your favorite shows on the 50-inch flat screen TV equipped with Roku. The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a designated work space, ensuring both comfort and productivity. The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two sets of bunk beds, making it an ideal haven for the little ones. A full bathroom with a shower completes the layout, providing convenience and functionality. We are a pet-friendly home with a $50 per pet fee required. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Condo guests have space for two cars, one in the garage and one in the driveway. Street parking is very limited, so please only bring two vehicles. The backyard and pool is a shared space with any guests staying in the other unit. We have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard and pool area if you stay with us on service day. No parties and no smoking are allowed. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in. The house has a digital code, which will be provided upon check-in. A signed rental agreement is required and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
