Situated on the Herb River, this home is an excellent choice for families with kids, friends, and guests with pets. Just 8.5 miles from downtown Savannah, a scenic 30-minute drive will take you to the beautiful Tybee Island. Guests will need to navigate a small set of stairs to enter the home through the front door. Inside, both living rooms are equipped with a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV with Roku, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The dining room connects to both the living room and the fully stocked kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and all the essential comforts of home. The home includes a washer and dryer on-site and a wonderful covered porch with a bar, seating, and games for all ages. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. The community game area offers a great deal of seating and a grill, along with games such as volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss. Our location on the marsh provides the perfect backdrop for what makes Savannah so charming, with large mature trees draped in Spanish Moss and breezy nights. The home is close to dining, shopping, and adventure, within walking distance to Pearls Salt Water Grill, where you can enjoy a delicious meal with a gorgeous view. The house is not ADA compliant, although it has a wheelchair ramp. Guests will not have to navigate any stairs except for the master suite, which has two steps leading down into the room. The house features a digital combo lock pad for automated and contact-free check-in and check-out. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
