Welcome to our charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom home near the scenic Herb River, offering fresh updates and easy access to a dock and river. With a fully stocked kitchen and a bedroom featuring double bunk beds, it's perfect for families eager to create sweet Savannah memories. Located just 8.5 miles from downtown Savannah and a scenic 30-minute drive to beautiful Tybee Island, you’ll feel at home while enjoying everything this delightful area has to offer. Guests will need to navigate a small set of stairs to enter the home through the front door. Inside, the living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. The dining room, connected to both the living room and the kitchen, features an oversized farmhouse-style table with benches and chairs, comfortably seating eight adults. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the essential comforts of home. Bedroom one has a king-size bed and an additional flat-screen TV with Roku. Bedroom two is generously sized with a full-size bed. Bedroom three is perfect for the kids with two twins over full bunk beds, comfortably sleeping six kids. A laundry room and two full bathrooms complete this comfy Savannah home. Gather your family and start making some memories. Pets are welcome with a fee. We have a community game area with a great deal of seating and a grill, including games such as volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss. For dock access, walk across the street to a little parking lot with a sign between the condos and the orange duplex. By the water, there is a metal gate leading to a long double-decker dock. A waiver is required to receive the gate code. Our location on the marsh provides the perfect backdrop for what makes Savannah so charming, with large mature trees dripping in Spanish Moss and breezy nights. The home is close to dining, shopping, and adventure, within walking distance to Pearls Salt Water Grill, where you can enjoy a delicious meal with a gorgeous view. We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests, but Uber and Lyft service the area as well. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and we provide the code upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated and contact-free. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
