Upon arrival, guests will need to navigate four small brick steps leading to the front door. The home features a large living room complete with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV equipped with Roku for streaming your favorite services. The dining room, the heart of the house, has an oversized table that comfortably seats 8. Off the dining room, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances and necessities. The home includes four bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and an additional flat-screen TV with Roku, two with queen-size beds, and one with two twin-size beds. The washer and dryer are located in the fourth bedroom. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, complete the interior. The property offers ample green space in the front and back, making it an excellent choice for families with children and pets. A community game area with seating, a grill, and games like volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss is also available. We are pet-friendly, with an additional non-refundable pet fee required. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Our neighborhood exudes southern style Savannah charm, with the home situated near the marsh that meets the Herb River. Enjoy breezy nights and mature trees draped in Spanish Moss. A quick scenic walk will take you to Pearl's Salt Water Cafe, a local favorite offering delicious food with a gorgeous view. For dock access, walk across the street to a small parking lot with a sign between the condos and the orange duplex. By the water, a metal gate leads to a long double-decker dock. The neighborhood is undergoing some construction as other units are still being renovated, but it should not interfere with your stay. Parking is available for guests, and Uber and Lyft service the area. Guests must be 21 years of age to book. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee is required, and additional cleaning costs may be charged if necessary. The house is equipped with a digital combo lock pad for easy access, providing maximum privacy and flexibility with automated check-in and check-out. A call will be made to touch base, and assistance is available if needed.
