Pricing is $1,100 - rent includes utilities, light housekeeping, and AT&T Fiber WiFi, and street parking. Open to a month-to-month agreement or short/long-term leases - we are flexible! $500 move in fee. About the space: This is a spacious fully-furnished room with a ton of natural light. The dimensions are around 12x14 ft and the space includes a bedroom, a large closet, and a full private bathroom. There is 6.5-inch hardwood flooring and 10' ceilings throughout the entire townhouse, a gas fireplace, a front balcony & rear deck as well as a gorgeous kitchen and dining room. I'm also slowly building out a home gym in the garage which any tenant can have access to and use! The neighborhood: Scottdale is an up-and-coming neighborhood that is convenient to downtown Avondale Estates, Decatur, Emory/Clifton Corridor, and Agnes Scott College. The townhouse is situated directly on The Path - so it's just a 5-minute bike ride to Avondale Estates or a 10-minute car-free walk. About us: Long-term domestic partners, ages 33 and 40. He has a county job and works hybrid (sometimes from home, sometimes in downtown Decatur). I'm a political professional and spend 3-6 months out of the state on jobs at a time. The household includes one geriatric 11-year-old angel pup named Millie (she's 40 lbs and WILL snuggle you if given the chance) and two cats (Merry and Pippin).
