I am renting a Private Room with shared bathroom in my home. House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1756 sqft. This is a roommate style. Common areas are shared in the house. You can use the kitchen as long as you clean after you use it. All utilities are included (Fast WIFI, gas, electricity, trash, and water). Washer and Dryer are in the in house. We keep the house very clean. The room is not furnished, welcome to bring your own items. Security Deposit, first and last month with a one-year lease agreement. Deposit is refundable if there is not any damage in the property. I am looking for a roommate who is quiet, clean, reliable person. You should pay on time your bills. Prospect should be able to pass a background check. All your information would be verified. I would prefer one person, no drugs, no drinking or pets. Home is located 3 minutes from Walmart store: 6435 Bells Ferry Rd, Woodstock, GA 30189 (store address) Neighborhood is quiet and safe, family oriented live around the home. Distance: 15 minutes to downtown Woodstock, 3 minutes to Walmart, 45 minutes to downtown Atl. The cities around the house are Canton, Acworth, Marietta. 30 minutes to Roswell or Alpharetta (no traffic) Please, introduce yourself and let me know your moving dates.
