Hi I'm looking for someone to rent my 1 bedroom 1 bath luxury Condo. It has a great view of Kennesaw mountain and the beautiful houses in the small neighborhood of downtown woodstock. There are several boutique shops and restaurants including the Copper Coin, Kilwins, Dulce Gelato, Ember Yoga, etc.. downstairs. It is also within 5-10 walking distance of over 30 restaurants, bars, breweries, entertainment venues, ampitheatres, shops, and everything else that downtown has to offer! The kitchen is an open floor plan with the living room, where there are plenty of closet and storage space right when you walk in. There are lazy susans in the lower cupboards and a dishwasher and newer oven/stovetop with vents and lights. The granite counters are very spacious and allow room for 4-5 stools for guests. The Bathroom is connected to both the foyer and the master bedroom. There is a walk in closet with storage space as well as a washer/dryer combo included in a separate closet. The large garden tub includes jacuzzi vents that have recently been updated. There is also a large separate shower with beautiful tile. The Bedroom is large enough for a King size bed and the whole apartment has amazing crown molding throughout all the ceilings. The apartment includes access to the saltwater pool just a couple blocks away, and all of the pocket parks around the area. The pool has multiple sections, new furniture, a clubhouse, a cabana, and a brick grilling area for parties. The key fob allows special private access to the bathrooms in the park as well. The condo parking area is covered and gated, and the main entrances are all key fob access, along with cameras for security. The condo is located on the backside of the building, so it is very quiet!
