On the other side is a large strip of land and then the beach at Leftovers where there is a year round tide pool, perfect for dipping with the kids or enjoying the cool ocean under the Hawaiian sun. The home seasonally has sand in front. When the sand migrates off the rocks, the Ocean is still very accessible to those who don't mind walking across large rocks. The main house plus studio is a 5 bedroom/4.5 bath, 2 kitchen property that sleeps 12 comfortably and a driveway that fits up to 4 cars. You enter the home into the expansive living room with large open ceilings. There are three bedrooms on the entry level, including the primary en suite with it's own lanai. The washer and dryer, two additional rooms and bath are also located on the main level. On the upper level is a bedroom with window AC unit and full bathroom. The upper level fully equipped kitchen and lanai with BBQ make an excellent place for the whole home to gather. In addition to the expansive indoor living area, there is a large under house area and grassy backyard where you can lounge the days away or enjoy the sandy beaches. This ground level shaded lanai space is perfect for a yoga practice, BBQ space or lounging on the punee bed. The studio with separate entrance is also fully equipped with a full kitchen, full bath, window AC unit and a loft space for extra guests or storage. The studio unit has the option to be rented with the home or not included and rented separately. This expansive home is fully equipped for gatherings and entertaining with a layout that will afford guests their privacy, as well.
