Tenants must abide by Orchid Manor house rules, no smoking anywhere in or near the building, however okay at a small area set in front of the ocean off the parking lot and chairs from pool area can be borrowed. Quiet building with 90% owner occupied units. Perfect for a busy professional, retirees, or a couple of any age. Option to renew at 6 months is at the discretion of owner. To vacate 45 day notice and the security deposit allows for a $200 exit cleaning fee. Tenant must have renters insurance policy(approx $80pm).
