So far, everyone has been extremely happy with unit. They were amazed at how much privacy they had and the fact that they never knew anyone was in the front main home. Very quiet. Very secluded. We put in a larger fridge which is not shown in the pictures. The bed has been changed to a twin day bed. Smart TV compatible with Apple and Windows apps. Kaimuki is a beautiful town with much to offer. Walking distance to wide variety of markets, drug stores, fast-food, banks, shopping options galore, eateries of all types, high end restaurants, Coffee houses, Cafe, Doughnut/Pastry shops, the list goes on and on. 1 occupant max.
