Currently available and month-to-month. Rent is inclusive of utilities (water, electric & gas) and monthly yard service with the exception of internet & TV/cable. There is no on-site parking but there is ample street parking nearby. There is a private, gated yard area behind and to the side of the house for your (and your pet's) use and we ask that you keep the area tidy and clean up after pets routinely. The negatives include: The bathroom has a shower but no tub. There is a washer available for the unit's exclusive use located right outside of the unit, there is no dryer but an outdoor, umbrella-style clothes rack for your usage as well. The neighbors behind the cottage have a college-age son who is home during summer & vacations and can, frankly, be loud. They have not bothered our previous tenants but please be aware of this. Like most houses in this area, the home is charming but on the older side. If you have pets we ask that you have renter's insurance that has a pet addendum.
