I’m fine with long term tenancy. Non smokers only, not a loud or party spot. Very Quiet after 9pm. Owner lives in adjacent Ohana onsite w/1 M. sm. Dog that is not child friendly. Driveway park option 1 car only. No on site stoarge of your excess things (you’ll have to rent a storage unit off site). Dishes & Linens available to use. 1x Cleaning fee.
