Be the second renter to live in this recently constructed 2 bedroom, 2 bath + 2 car garage free standing cottage conveniently located across the street from the beach on Halama Street in sunny central Kihei. This 730 square foot cottage has central AC, luxury vinyl plank flooring, caesarstone countertops and vanities, vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, window shades, high-end finishes, a standing seem aluminum metal roof, and covered lanai all in a convenient location close to schools, Kalama Park, restaurants, and shops. Washing Machine and dryer are located in the garage. Stainless steel appliances include refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. A one year lease is required. Pets are considered with owner approval and will require pet insurance and a pet deposit equal to half of one month's rent. Landlord covers landscaping service. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water ($100 per month), cable/wifi, trash and pest control. All adults 18+ years old must submit a non-refundable $35 rental application.
