Renovated inside - 2 bedroom 1 bath 1300 sq ft downstairs home. -New flooring, kitchen, appliances, light fixtures, trim, door handles, painted walls, bathroom fixtures, tub, and new heating and electrical throughout. Brand new washer and dryer included for use in the rent. The only thing left to do is the yard. Right now it's a snowy yard with just dirt underneath. The hope is to get grass and sprinklers in the summer. The rent is $1250 per month plus $225 for utilities and unlimited fiber internet for a total of $1500 a month. It's a downstairs home so there will be a home directly above. Right now we have a gentleman renting upstairs, no pets. He is only there part time from Sept-May.
