Sage Crest Apartments

Thank you so much for you interest at Sage Crest Hils Apartments! Our Leasing Office is located at 827 N. Lake St. Aurora, IL 60506. To access the leasing office please drive down the hill and park towards the right and follow the signs on the building for the leasing office. Our Buildings have trash chutes on each floor, vending machines on the main lobby floor as well as a laundry room on the main level as well. We have a dial system to where you can allow entry to all visitors via phone and we have an access key entry for all residents for the main building entrance. We have visitors parking on the property and residential parking permit as well at no extra charge. There is a playground located on the property as well as a doggy trash bag dispense for residents with pets that are walking their dogs off the property. For Utilities; water, gas, heat and trash removal are included in the rent. You must establish a credit history. We do not go off of a credit score. The Screening will look at you Credit History; evictions, high amount of collections, etc.. You must pass the Criminal Background Check.
