The living room is fully furnished with a very nice living room set Each apartment has a TV already installed and mounted to the wall. The unit has a sliding door leading to a private balcony. Each bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, and a desk. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. The rents varies from $745 a month per person, for a 4 bedroom and $875 for a 2 bedroom per person. The rent price includes utilities such as electric, heat, water, garbage, sewer, recycling and high-speed internet. All services are ready when you move in! No caps. No extra fees.
