The River Plaza building is 51 story condominium building. There are 678 units in the building. As you walk inside you will walk into the building atrium. There is a designated doorman station where guest can check in before being allowed to enter into the residential lobby. The door man is there 24 hours a day. In the lobby you will see multiple seating areas where guest can wait for you. The management office is on-site and are there Monday to Friday. On level P3 of the building you will find a majority of the amenities for the building. This is were you will find the 24 hour fitness room, it is separated into three areas where you have the weight machine equipment, cardio section and free weight area. In addition to that, you have the indoor pool and hot tub, it is fully enclosed so you have year round access to it and it is located on the South portion of the building which gets a lot of natural light. Next to the pool & hot tub is the outdoor sun deck space. This area looks out towards the Chicago River and gets a lot of natural light and offers ample seating for residents to enjoy. The other area located on this floor is the package and hospitality room. The package room is open six days out of the week and they will notify you via email or text message when your package arrives. You also have the hospitality room is large in size and offers an ample amount of table and chairs. There is a fully function kitchen in the room and you have access to wi-fi in that room. Now located on level G1 of the building is the shared laundry room. The machines are card operated and also feature an app to receive notifications once it is done.
