The building has a private entrance to Walgreens to stay cozy in winter, and it has 24/7 doorman and security as well as a receiving room for deliveries. You will never have to worry about security or packages being stolen here. The party room can be rented as needed, and the exercise room has all the latest equipment you need. Note this is a condo building and the association charges a $1,000 move in fee. The reasonable rent reflects the non-refundable fee. I, the owner, receive none of that money.
