Additional amenities include a hair dryer and iron/ironing board. Early check-in is available for a fee of $149 per service. Covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle is available for $69 per night, though we cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit. The outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management. For the protection of all parties, the booking party will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors such as building maintenance or construction in the building or vicinity. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. We cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.
