We offer both one and two bedroom units, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. At Williamsburg Apartments, we include water, sewer, and trash in the rent, so you don't have to worry about those utility bills. Everything operates on electric, so you don't have to worry about outrageous gas bills. We also have coin-operated laundry on site, so you never have to worry about finding a laundromat. We understand that everyone has different payment preferences, which is why we accept EFT, credit card, cash, and check for rent payments. Plus, our off-street parking on a hard surface road ensures that you always have a safe and convenient place to park your vehicle. Located in the heart of Galesburg not far from Knox College, our apartments offer easy access to a wide range of amenities. We do require an application, background check, first month's rent, one month's rent as a deposit, and a one-year lease for new renters. We also do perform criminal history checks and require references to ensure the safety and well-being of all our residents.
