Renting Requirements: • 600 credit score or higher • Must make at least 2x more than monthly rent • Provide 30 days' worth of income pay stubs • Must have a current job for at least 1 year • No evictions • No bankruptcy within last 5 years • Provide valid ID’s (passport, State License/ID) Application Process: • Provide an application per person 18 years of age • $50.00 Application fee per adult (paid in a money order) • $300.00 Holding deposit (paid in a money order) Your $300.00 deposit will be forfeited if by your choice/fault you cancel & cannot complete the rental process. *No cash Accepted.
