Built in the front of a warehouse on Archer Ave. The vacant lots on either side means that there are no neighbors to care about noise so you can play loud movies and music. Previous tenant was a DJ, who left some of his furniture if needed. The shower is in the lower bathroom. There's a large gravel parking lot that can park trucks, trailer or multiple cars. Perfect for a truck driver or construction worker. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. It's not for everybody but a pretty cool place.
