Thank you for your interest in Railway Manors. At this point in time, we are accepting applications for 2021-2022 move ins and would love to take you on a tour of your new home. We have Provided you with these awesome 360 tours of our Available Units. Please take these into considerate as COVID-19 is still impacting our tours. Exterior 360s Tour 1 bedroom 1 bedroom Studio Application and Deposit All our Properties have a NON-refundable application fee of $35 per person(s) 18 years and older that will be residing in the house. We also have a (one time) $50 administrative fee, If your application is to get denied or you decide not to lease with us, you will get that Administrative fee back. We do require you make 3x monthly rent, have no past evictions, and no Felons of any kind. You can Apply here: ContinentalTerraceapts.com We have 2 options for a “Deposit.” Refundable Deposit: “Approved” Applicants can pay $625 on move in date and receive your reimbursement after lease ends. (Reimbursement amount differs based off apartment damages) Applicants “Approved on Conditions” can pay 1.5x monthly rent on move in date and receive your reimbursement after lease ends. (Reimbursement amount differs based off apartment damages) NON-refundable FEE: “Approved” Applications can pay a $125 fee and will be invoiced if there are any damages beyond normal wear and tear at the end of their lease. “Approved on Conditions” Applications can pay a $199 fee and will be invoiced if there are any damages beyond normal wear and tear at the end of their lease. **(Approved on conditions means you were approved, but maybe flagged for lower credit, outstanding balances or debt, lack of rental history, or if you fall on the lower monthly income level.)
