Dogs cannot exceed 50 pounds. All pets must be spayed/neutered with all shots current. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, yard maintenance and snow removal. House uses a well. In lieu of security deposit, there is a $1100 non-refundable move-in fee. Application fee is $60 per adult 18 years and older. Income ratio is approximately 2.5 to 3 times monthly rent.
