The Fulton Terrace community is located about one mile north of the Ohio River in western Evansville, Indiana. It is situated south of West Diamond Avenue, west of 5th Avenue/North Fulton Avenue, and north of West Columbia Street. The western border of this Evansville neighborhood is a tree-lined estuary off the Ohio River.
