Welcome Home! We’re thrilled to have you here! Our Indianapolis home is designed to make you feel right at home. It’s a cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom place that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Here’s what you’ll find: Master Bedroom: This room has a king-size bed, blackout curtains, and fans that keep the noise out. Other Bedrooms:The other two bedrooms have queen-size beds with the same sleep-enhancing features. Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have fresh towels and toiletries. Living Room: This room has a comfy seating area, a smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Dining Area: This area can seat six people and leads to the fully equipped kitchen. Household Supplies: We’ve got everything you need in the laundry room, including cleaning supplies and extra linens. And for your safety and the safety of our neighbors, we’ve got a first aid kit and a sleep emergency kit in the bathroom cabinets. Guests: To keep everyone safe, only registered guests are allowed in the property. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. Appliances: We’ve got instructions for all the appliances, including the washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and Nest thermostat, in a folder on the kitchen counter. Garbage & Recycling: We’ve got garbage and recycling bins in the back of the property. Pickup is every Wednesday. Make sure to separate your waste and recyclables. Parking & Vehicles: There’s street parking, and we’ve reserved two additional spaces in the rear lot. Security: The house has a keyless entry system. There is also a ring camera at the front door for your safety Smoking & Pets: Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and pets are not allowed without your permission.
