This spacious 1-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (temporarily unavailable), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer for free, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed (40 lbs combined) excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, is just a short walk away. You are also just steps from Whole Foods, so you can take advantage of the full kitchen. Restaurants, entertainment, and activities are within walking distance, and there are Lime and Bird electric scooters available for rent. This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violations.
