Located on Market St and close to Monument Circle, the Convention Center, and Lucas Oil, you'll enjoy the convenience of this prime location and feel at home on the road. This spacious 1-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (temporarily unavailable), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area, a fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy in-unit laundry, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 pets (40 lbs combined) and an additional pet fee based on stay length. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. In the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path, is just a short walk away. You are also steps from Whole Foods, so you can take advantage of the full kitchen. With a walkability score of 92, a transit score of 65, and a bike score of 95, a car isn’t necessary to explore the area. Restaurants, entertainment, and activities are within walking distance, and Lime and Bird electric scooters are available for rent. This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside the suite, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+) are subject to a background search and credit check. A tech-savvy approach ensures you can work efficiently with easy check-in and personal touches.
