While designs are based on the representative photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Max 2 pets with a combined weight of 40lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. Includes a remote work-friendly set-up with high-speed Wi-Fi, ergonomic chair, and desk.
