Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in cancellation and denied entry. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions, provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in, and undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
