All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Violations may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The apartment has a noise policy, with quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, and is monitored with decibel sensors. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment includes access to a working lounge, making it ideal for remote work.
