Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
