Self-service garage parking options are available in several of the parking garages by the building for approximately $15-17 per day or $125 per month. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Nestled in the heart of Nora, you'll have access to unique restaurants and endless shopping at every corner. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations.
