On the upper level of the home you have one living space, three bedrooms, on bathroom, formal dining space, kitchen, multiple closets, and a mudroom that leads you out into the garage. The garage features a work bench, electric garage door opener, and more storage. On the lower level you will find the fourth bedroom, the second living space, laundry room, second bathroom, and a bonus room that features a gas stove (for heating). Back yard is fully fenced with a concrete patio off the back door. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, furnace filter changes, smoke detector batteries, thermostat batteries, snow removal and lawn care. Unit is pet friendly up to three pets with a $150 one time non refundable pet fee for the first pet, and $25 per pet after. This fee is due at signing.
