Morgan Creek County Park and Arboretum is located off the western border of the neighborhood, Stoney Point Road. This beautiful, hilly park covers more than 300 acres and includes a campground, a picnic shelter, and the arboretum and butterfly garden. The park has four miles of hiking trails; two miles in the arboretum and two miles of open prairie trails. The park is popular for hiking, bicycling, and cross-country skiing.
Cherry Hill Park, located on the west side of the neighborhood, is home to the largest water park in Cedar Rapids. The Cherry Hill Aquatic Center offers a speed slide, a water slide, a swimming pool with zero-depth entry, a drop slide, lap lanes, diving boards, a concession stand, and a sand play area. The park is next to the Old Stone Barn and Brick Corncrib Garages, a unique neighborhood landmark. Another neighborhood park, Cherokee Trail Park, is a wooded green space with a paved walking path. Jacolyn Park, located off Jacolyn Drive, has splash pads, a playground, and picnic areas.
