Both bedrooms are on the main floor as well, along with the kitchen that has had recent updates. Full unfinished basement AND walkup attic space add almost endless storage. Detached two-car garage recently got new doors. NO smoking; NO pet cats, dogs, ferrets, or rabbits. Rent is $1200/mo; security deposit is $1200. We do charge an application fee of $40 per adult to check references, credit, and background. All adults who would live in the home must apply.
