My home is located in a quiet side street within walking distance of Drake University and nearby many Des Moines hospitals. The bedroom is a quiet and comfortable room on main floor of my home. The bathroom is next to the room and would be shared with myself. There is a smart TV in the bedroom and a large window with blackout curtains. The washer and dryer are in the basement and are available for you to use. The main level has the kitchen, dining room, and living room, all available for you to use also.
