Fully Furnished 3 Bed/ 1 bath house with fenced in yard. In a quiet neighborhood outside of downtown. Bus route 2 blocks away from property. Bus fees are free as of current! University is doing a study... not sure if they will decide to have fees again in future. There is a fenced yard with a firepit as well. Garage is currently used for storage, but can be accessed for electric car plug in. Parking available- Street; Driveway; Grass area next to driveway can be used as well. Have 3 rooms: Bedroom 1 is a queen bed, Bedroom 2 (Primary Bed) has a tv and mini fridge in the bedroom. Bedroom 3 is a twin bed. All rooms have a bed, desk, rug, mirror and storage in closet. Smart TV in living room. Prime is available for use by clicking on guest profile. Cleaning service can be provided for deep cleaning once every 2 months free of charge for stays 6months or longer- 30day advanced notice needed to contact company.
