I am looking for 2 amazing medical students/residents who love animals to rent rooms in a house about 11 minutes away from campus starting any time from May 10th up until a July 1 (flexible though). The house was built in 2004 and was completely remodeled in 2022-2023. It’s 3200 sq ft and super spacious. You’d have your own room + bathroom if you chose to live upstairs (plus a shared flex space that I’ll probably make into an office that would fit two desks). If you chose to live downstairs you’d have a super private ~1200 sq ft space with a huge living area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a small kitchenette-like area with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave (and of course access to the main level kitchen; the rent on this option would be $1,400). The downstairs area can be completely closed off from the rest of the house with a door at the stairs.
