Apartment complex is maybe the closest analog, but this unit is in a Bed and Breakfast; our upstairs apartment and two of our suites are frequently rented to nurses and business professionals such as traveling nurses, therapists, etc. All our rooms are full suites and we also have a large, 2 BR apartment with separate climate, full kitchen, private laundry, etc. All rooms are furnished and we provide all utils including wi-fi. We are a registered historic home right on the edge of Church Row (in the heart of downtown Waterloo) and most of the property can be seen at The Weis Mansion's site. Home features gorgeous woodwork and many unique features. We are a no pets property in order to preserve the condition of the house and the quite atmosphere we maintain.
