Here are the available floor plans: 1 Bedroom: $525/month, $200 deposit 2 Bed/1 Bath (700 Sq Ft): $600/month, $300 deposit 2 Bed/1 Bath (800 Sq Ft): $625/month, $300 deposit Application Requirements: Completed application Photo ID of all adults Proof of income for the last 30 days A $50 application fee Amenities include: Water and trash paid Wi-Fi compatible Laundry on-site Off-street parking I-35 highway access Patio We are also pet-friendly!
